Grayson Excavating is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace to protect our employees, property and the community. We comply with Provincial Legislative requirements, the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations and Codes, local regulations and bylaws, and any additional regulations, standards or codes pertaining to the service that Grayson provides.

Management takes all steps to reduce and remove any hazards which may result in personal injury, incidents or property damage from a job site. This all is controlled and kept to a minimum through good management, proactive employee involvement, and a sound safety program.

All employees are equally responsible for their own safety and that of their co-workers. They perform the necessary steps to minimize incidents and damage on job sites.

Grayson Excavating Ltd. is committed to protecting the environment. Grayson Excavating achieves this by complying with regulatory guidelines and reviewing our policies, procedures and operations regularly.

To meet this commitment, we:

  • provide education and training to our employees to ensure they are aware of the environmental impact
  • minimize health hazards to employees and others
  • conduct services in a way which reduces the impact on the environment as much as possible
  • recognize the guidelines, policies and procedures put in place by other agencies, government departments, and regulatory bodies to provide environmental protection
  • maintain an effective communication and reporting system with agencies, government departments and regulatory bodies that oversee the protection of the environment
